Terms of service

Orders are placed by message, not by an online checkout. You pick an item from our albums, message us, and we provide an all-in quote that includes shipping. An order is confirmed once you approve the QC photos and complete payment.

Prices shown on the site are starting prices and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay. The quoted price is all-in and includes shipping. We don't add a separate forwarding fee.

We ship directly by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Transit times are typical ranges, not guarantees, and exclude any customs processing. Customs duties and compliance with local import rules are the buyer's responsibility.

Because items are made to order and shipped internationally, we don't accept change-of-mind returns after an item has shipped. The QC-photo approval step is provided so you can confirm your item before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we'll work to resolve it, as described on our Returns page.

We provide replica goods for personal use. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and import rules of your own country. We are not liable for customs seizures, which are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order.
